Our ContributionHere’s a brief overview of our typical project process. We try to keep things moving fairly quickly and break projects out into phases with collected feedback/review at the end of each phase.
CITIWe had the pleasure to be invited to start the mentorship of the CiTi (), the team had a profile of young guns, talented students of one of the best tec University of Brazil. The main points that we've developed was, facilitating the definition of purpose and legacy; setting a winning organizational structure with functions and divisions that work on a super dynamic process of students in life cycle on CiTi; mapping of pain points and creating plans to identify and solve; implementing they're own actions, tools, methodologies, and frameworks; setting a Culture and Playbook; understand and setting indicators (KPIs) of success
ACEOnce again I've got an invitation to be a mentor on another Junior enterprise, the A.C.E. witch is a student business unit from UFPE. The main points that we've developed was, Facilitating the definition of purpose and legacy; Setting services quality assurance; Undestanding how to make a transition and creating a digital product; Setting a winning organizational structure, with functions and divisions that work on a super dynamic process of students in life cycle on A.C.E.; Mapping of pain points and creating plans to identify and solve; Helping the developing of the Culture and Playbook; Understand and setting indicators (KPIs) of success.
Pro bonoMobix takes a lead in three Junior Enterprises from the largest universities of our state, UFPE and UPE. Through the mentoring program, we are impacting future professionals in the region, in the areas of information technology, engineering, administration, marketing and design.
